Tenacity provides a pathway to excellence from the 6th grade through high school. Core offerings include the intensive After School Excellence Program for middle school students and the Summer Tennis & Reading Program that engages 5000 Boston youth.

Nadia Chang
Tenacity ASEP Student, 8th Grade

My name is Nadia Chang and I am an 8th grader at the Curley School. I found out about Tenacity in the 6th grade when people from Tenacity came to my school and told us who they were and what they do at Tenacity. I decided to join because it seemed fun and because a lot of my friends were joining. 

I like a lot of different things at Tenacity. I really like reading because the stories are interesting. This year I have read a couple of books. My favorite so far was The First Part Last. I also really like tennis it is very fun.

I feel that because of Tenacity I am a great Tennis player. I am also more interested in books. This interest in books has led me to read more and to read better.
